Other agents estimated over 150k less than what Dani achieved in the sale. Even the useless “award winning” and “best in state” auctioneer couldn’t get any offers, let alone beating all estimates by 150k. Don’t waste your time with supbar agents that try to turn over properties fast without care for maximising return. Use Dani instead, like I will for all my future sales.

Pretty much the only property manager that treats the landlord and the tenants right, and doesn’t rip the landlord off in the process. Been burned by other agents in the past, will only use Danielle for all my properties now.
